In 2005 she established her private dental practice established in Naranjito, PR. She was also a faculty member of the University of Puerto Rico School of Dental Medicine from 2005 - 2019. Dr. Colon is a renowned leader in her field and through the years had received multiple recognitions such as Dentist Choice Award twice. 

After 15 years with an established practice, she decided to start her post-graduate studies. Her endodontic specialized journey started after an auto evaluation of previous achievement and the desire for MORE.

Inspired by a successful career, her 3 boys, and a lifetime of experiences she is a vivid example that it is never too late when you have a Passion for Growth.
